The Honeywell catalyst Partner Program is a customer-focused global framework designed to help Honeywell Fire, Security, Electrical Products (EP) and Building Management Systems (BMS) business channel partners improve end-customer support, increase efficiencies through a new digital platform, and thus help drive growth and success.

The program is designed to improve the customer experience and better meet the needs of end customers by working in close partnership with our channel partners empowering them to design and deliver solutions for any project.

Expertise you can trust
The program divides participating partners into three levels - Silver, Gold and Platinum. This provides individual support for achievements and recognizes success based on skills, strategic alignment and buying behavior. Tiering is based on a variety of criteria including sales volume, business results, customer service, product training and engagement. This allows end customers to see how experienced and service-oriented their Honeywell product supplier is based on the rating.

The catalyst Partner Program is supported by MyBuildings.Honeywell.com, an e-commerce platform that allows customers to purchase products directly, and the My Honeywell Buildings University (MyHBU) training portal, which offers more than 350 in-person training sessions and on-demand content on Honeywell Fire, Security and BMS products. The platforms offer tailored, user-friendly content and help catalyst partners stay up-to-date on products and important industry certifications.
