IMPORTANT YEAR END INFORMATION!
Due to the upcoming year end we would like to inform you about important deadlines concerning order-acceptance and delivery dates.
We hope, we’ve scheduled our year-end-closing to your convenience. To ensure that already ordered goods can be delivered this year, please take note of the following order dates:
The last possible ship out day (dispatch) from our central stocks in Neuss/Germany for fire alarm systems and PA/VA products will be Friday, December 20. For countries outside the European Union it is essential that all export orders will leave our warehouse by December 18th, 2019 latest!
To warrant deliveries within 2019, we ask you to place your orders as following:
- Fire Alarm Panels: Monday, December 2
- Detectors and peripheral devices: Monday, December 9
- PA/VA Systems and Detectors for special applications: Friday, November 29
This year the Order Processing Team will leave for Christmas break on December 20, 2019.
In 2020 we will once again be at your disposal in our accustomed way by January 2.
